Mito and the Kingdom of Dragons

Gymnastic and Acrobatic Association in Larache (GAAL) and Jordbro VärldsOrkester  (Sweden) are co-producing a acrobatic, dance and music-theatre performance called Mito and the Kingdom of Dragons, premiere 27th of June 2019 in Larache.

As a part of our cooperation we also organize a new social circus and acrobatics festival in Larache to advocate for more support for the acrobatic association in Larache. The social dimension of our festival is about benefiting local people in Larache.  

The name Oujed Awed means Get ready! Do it!

What we are looking for

We are looking for individuals or groups who can participate with performances and/or workshops in the field of circus, acrobatic and clown skills and methods.

We are also grateful for any kind of equipment that can be used in the circus and acrobatics training and can be easily transported to Larache

We can offer you:

  • An official invitation to the festival that you or your organization can use to apply for funding from your national cultural authorities. This support should cover international traveling costs, per diem, insurances and gage.
  • Free accommodation in Larache during the festival. Note that the accommodation is in the local Youth Centre and the conditions are very simple.
  • Free food during the festival.
  • Free local transportation in the city of Larache during the festival.
